This involves demonstrations on responsible water use practices, well maintenance techniques, and fostering a sense of community ownership for protecting this shared resource. By empowering communities with knowledge and practical skills, the Centre aims to build a collective effort towards sustainable groundwater management.

- Drop a letter in the designated complaint box at the Centre.
- Meet with a senior member of the team and lodge your complaint directly.
- Use the RCGW website at www.rcgw.go.ke to submit a complaint.
- Call the Centre at +254208008004 to lodge your complaint.
